Apex Care provides Caregivers to support people who require care or assitance while living in their own home. We also provide staffing solutions for care facilities and community organisations.
We have a range of staff to suit all situations. The team includes Caregivers, Enrolled and Registered Nurses, Cooks and Cleaners.

OUR HOME-BASED CARE SERVICES
Home has a special meaning for each of us and most people, regardless of age, would prefer to receive care and assistance at home rather than somewhere else. Our experienced caregivers come into the home in a respectful way to support the below activities.
If you are waiting on funding for care we can be the perfect agency to fill that gap. As a private pay organisation we are responsive to what you want and when you need it.
Personal Care
Assistance as needed for showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, fitting aides and much more.
Home Help
Assistance with tasks such as vacuuming, Cleaning bathrooms/kitchen, laundry, and much more.
Companionship
Whether it is simply someone to be in the home to keep them safe or a weekly outing to have fish'n'chips by the lake we can do it all.
Sleepovers
Sleepovers are for 8 hours and generally run from 10pm - 6am. The caregiver sleeps overnight and gets up as required to assist with toileting, comfort needs, pain medication etc.
24Hour Live in Care
For some people the thought of moving into a rest home is just plain not for them. In this situation 24 hour care could be an option. The carer would live in for 3-4 days in a row and then a replacement carer would take over. There are a maximum of three caregivers with each client to ensure they feel comfortable and have continuity of care.
Respite Care
If you are a family caregiver we take our hat off to you, it is a very difficult role. When you need a break we are here to help. Simply call us and we can fill in for the day or the week.
Dementia Care
Providing care to someone who has dementia takes specialised knowledge and skills, our team of carers are experienced in this field and are here to help.
